Kristen Steele graduated with Full-time Web Development Cohort 44.

As an introvert who loves people, I find coding to be the perfect combination of collaboration and quiet focus. My role on a team seems to be that of organizer. I’m often the one pointing to the wireframe or dependency graph and reminding everyone to focus on MVP (minimum viable product). I’m also strongly invested in making sure everyone on the team understands the goal and feels like they have some input in planning and some agency in execution.
