She started the business out of her 450 square foot New York City apartment all while working full time and DO quickly became more popular than she ever anticipated. Kristen's unique take on the formerly forbidden treat became a huge success and has inspired fans worldwide, including Reese Witherspoon, Kim Kardashian, Ryan Seacrest, and Chrissy Teigen, to eat cookie dough just how we all like it, with a spoon straight out of the mixing bowl!
