That is why St. Louis native, Kristen Tomlan, took her passion of baking and combined it with her love of cookie dough to open the world's first edible cookie dough confectionary, DŌ Cookie Dough Confections in New York City. She started the business out of her 450 square foot New York City apartment all while working full time and DO quickly became more popular than she ever anticipated.
