I met Kristin Diaz in college, right away I could tell she was someone I wanted to know. She has a magnetic personality and was born to be a public figure. She has spent her entire career in local news representing the people’s interest and telling overlooked stories.
She has the ability to hold a conversation with pretty much anybody and when she talks to you, she’s makes you feel like you’re the most important person in the room.
Kristin is now in a position that many of us have found ourselves in at one point in our lives, asking the question “Where do I belong?”
With a Cuban-American Father and a Mexican-American Mother, Kristin is no stranger to the feeling of being torn between worlds and not fitting in dominate culture boxes. Kristin now finds herself working on the most important story of her life, uncovering her own identity.
