Business Mantra: Give people grace. Acknowledging that people are doing their best in this time. None of us have ever done this before. Allow for people to have emotions and that it’s not going to be perfect. 

Business Advice: Look 2-4 weeks out. Whatever you are doing today is irrelevant. You need to be thinking ahead to be ready for what’s next. Make it a priority to spend time each day to think future forward.
