I'm back! took a little hiatus as we went on a family vacation for a few weeks but I am back in action and ready to chit chat. catch up with me this episode as I discuss where we were on vacation and a few fun things we did! Episode six is a special one my friends. Christopher Darling (my beloved and very annoying husband) joined us to recap the first episode of Vanderpump rules. We don't want to give anything away but this might not be the most riveting recap you have ever heard. We did however have fun recording the episode together and I always love going off on a tangent gossiping with Chris.

"Working moms" is a term we here so often it easily slips out (even throughout this entire episode) but you know what we don't hear? Like ever? Working dads. No one would ever say working dads. Now that is no shade to dads with jobs. We love a dad with a job. Just like we love a mom with a job. 

This episode is a conversation (with myself LOL) about my current reality as an entrepreneurial mother. I think this episode was a bit cathartic for me so if things seem a little all over the place, bear with me. I think you will enjoy it. If you are a mom/parent/care-giver who works full-time but is still the flexible parent, the default parent, the parent who really does it all this one is for you. Talking about household task distribution and a whole bunch of other thoughts that came to my mind.

Welcome back for episode two! 

I wanted to give you a little more of an in-depth introduction to myself and my daily life. Chatting quickly about my family, my business, and small personal bits of our life before we get into the meat of this episode . . . 

The "mom bod" talk. Talking about body image. My body image. How we look at our bodies before being a mom and after being a mom. How placing an importance on being skinny was the most negative aspect of my early twenties and how becoming a mom changed my body image for the better. Bodies change, people change, and that is all okay. Actually, it is more than okay, it is great! 

P.S. please excuse the little audio blip in this episode, I promise it gets better. This was recorded prior to the new mic and before I got into the swing of recording. Appreciate you being here, let's have some fun!
