Mike Rotkin is a former councilman and mayor of Santa Cruz. He joins MZ to discuss policies in Santa Cruz and they effect they have had up to this point and where those polices might lead in the future. Although Mike is considered by many to be a liberal democrat he proves his willingness to listen to, and work with others who might not agree with him.
