Utah files new lawsuit against TikTok for “virtual strip club” 

KSL at Night begins the week discussing a brand new lawsuit the state of Utah has filed against social media giant TikTok. This second lawsuit focuses on allegations that TikTok Live operates like a kind of “virtual strip club” and is harming minors. KSL Legal Analyst Greg Skordas offers insight into what the Attorney General could be hoping to do through this suit.   

Trump Verdict: New poll says nearly 50% of Americans think Trump should end his campaign 

The fallout from former president Donald Trump’s guilty verdict in the hush money trial continues. A new poll shows roughly half of Americans think Trump should end his campaign now that he’s been found guilty. At the same time, the Trump campaign has brought in more than $100 Million in donations because of the verdict. Former Utah Speaker of the House Greg Hughes joins the show to offer his take.

This election cycle features a primary race in the Republican Party for the open Senate seat soon to be vacated by Mitt Romney.
