Fr. Hendrix's lifelong aspiration to become a pastor was deeply rooted in his childhood memories of listening to inspiring homilies in church. Even from a young age, he felt a strong calling to serve his community and spread the word of God.
One of Fr. Hendrix's key beliefs in delivering his message is that he must understand the situation and the language of his audience. To do this, he conducts bible studies within the Diocese of Dumaguete, getting to know the people he serves and understanding their needs and concerns.
