Irvine - UCI students, faculty and staff gear up for a huge noon rally Tuesday (24 November 2009) at the UCI flagpole.

The rally, sponsored by a host of student groups,

comes in the wake of Regental action the

past Thursday to raise student fees a third for the coming year, starting Spring Quarter.
