A Kundalini meditation designed to awaken and balance your internal Kundalini energy. The session begins with finding a comfortable, seated position and using grounding breathwork to calm and center the mind. This includes "box breathing," or the "four-part breath". You will then be guided to visualize the Kundalini energy, often represented as a coiled serpent , as it resides at the base of your spine. Using your breath, you will draw this energy up your spine , moving sequentially through each chakra from the root to the crown. The meditation deepens as you visualize this energy flowing freely, like a "river of light" , bringing balance, harmony, and peace. The practice concludes by grounding your awareness back into your physical body , allowing you to carry this sense of connection throughout your day
