This week we talk about Vikram Vedha, directed by Pushkar–Gayathri and starring Madhavan and Vijay Sethupathi. 

We change up our usual discussions of Hindi films for an awesome Tamil film that we both love. Vikram Vedha is a neo-noir gangster thriller that involves a modernization of an old Indian folk tale, Baital Pachisi. We discuss some of the reasons why we loved the film including the performances and direction. We also delve into some of the more technical aspects which add to the world of the film like the production design, music, and cinematography.
