"I think, you know, I, I run into students, Grade inflation is a thing, but beyond that, like I know a number of students who have said if I don't get this grade, like such and such, like I need to absolutely get this. And I'm thinking, okay, so what happens if you put your best foot forward? I really am careful about how I try to frame it. What happens if you put your best foot forward?"
