The Attorney-General and Minister of Justice, Dr. Dominic Ayine, revealed that Kwabena Adu-Boahene, the former Director-General of the National Signals Bureau, embezzled millions of dollars intended for a cyber defense project and diverted them into real estate investments in Accra and overseas.
