In this episode I discuss Day 3's principle of Kwanzaa: Ujima, which means Collective Work and Responsibility. This entails that WE ALL work together to rebuild Our Villages aka neighborhoods and larger community so that we can ensure a Collective Future for Ourselves. This requires Men and Women working together and holding one another accountable to the necessary changes to stablish the future we desire, as is Our Duty.

Ujima (Collective Work and Responsibility) - To build and maintain our community together and make our brother's and sister's problems our problems and to solve them together.
