Acumen Law's Kyla Lee discusses the importance of International Women's Day while also talking about a BC Supreme Court decision to strike down sections of BC’s Civil Resolution Tribunal Act dealing with ICBC reforms as unconstitutional. It was ruled unconstitutional for the province to simply reassign determination of minor injury accident claims out of the courts and to its own online tribunal. The province will be appealing this decision.
