James Ashley connects with Kyle Thorn.

Kyle is the Operations Manager at BentallGreenOak in Toronto.  In 2020, his team at 10 Dundas won the prestigious national TOBY award for retail. He has climbed his way up through the ranks for over a decade, from Building Operator to Operations Manager.  He has worked for a number of reputable firms along the way – including Dream, 20 Vic and Cushman and Wakefield. 

Kyle believes strongly in the power of knowledge and so he has invested much of his spare time in furthering his education to learn the ins and outs of building operations.
