The Chicago Cubs pull off a big trade with the Astros. Kyle Tucker is now a Chicago Cub. Even though he has yet to play for the Cubs, I'm saying he's the best player on a Cubs roster in many years. A really solid all-around player. Under contract for just one year. Team's willingness to re-sign him will shape the club's future for several years. Also, other Cubs roster moves you may or may not have seen this offseason. A few moves worth mentioning from elsewhere in MLB. Plus, what's ahead for the Cubs. Is Bellinger here in 2025? Either way, what needs remain for this team to be competitive in 2025.
