Kyra Carusa is in her 8th season as a professional women's soccer player. She currently plays for the NWSL's Kansas City Current, on loan from Danish A-Liga club HB Køge. She's also regularly appears as a forward for the Irish women's national team, and last year won the 35th FAI Senior Women's International Player of the Year award.

In our conversation, Kyra discusses who she believes should take the lead in guiding players on their financial decisions. She talks about how she thinks about and manages compensation from her national team, and she shares which financial tasks still leave her with questions.
