La’Ticia obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from WinstonSalem State University. She received her Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Phoenix. In addition to her role as Executive Director, La’Ticia is a motivational speaker, author, independent business owner, and founder of a nonprofit organization, Professional Divas Inc.
