Recently La Crosse County foster care team faced a situation no one wants to see: young siblings -  each under five years old - had to be placed in separate homes outside the county.  That is not a good story, but shows how big the need for foster care is in the County. County Child Protection specialist Jenny Schroeder discussed the issue with LaCrosseTalk host Sean Dwyer Thursday.
