LA Opera's PR team published a post to Instagram that was about periods and the women who have them.  The post meant to be empowering to women and celebrate International Women's Day by celebrating menstruation.  That post received some backlash because not all women menstruate. The all female PR team issued an apology and things got a little wonky because the internet allows anyone to voice an opinion.  Not everyone is good at this writing thing like we am so is it any wonder that tempers flare and tensions escalate?
