Born in El Salvador but raised in SoCal. I explore first gen topics such as education, social life, and responsibilities. As a Latina, I have learned to be bicultural trying to blend the experiences of being born in El Salvador but raised in the United States ( I arrived at 1 year old) while trying to keep alive my Salvadoran heritage. Every week, we will ride an up-and-down roller coaster of laughter as I reminisce about the past and have thought-provoking conversations with guests about everyday life.
