LA TAQUERIA and its upscale counterpart LA MEZCALERIA have been staples of Vancouver's taco scene for over a decade. But the word to describe that decade? Change. Can a franchise with proper branding and goals of being a sit-down restaurant establishment still maintain their "real ones know" appeal?
