La Viola Ward-Tofani is a wife, mother of two, and a self-proclaimed “foodie”. She is also a published author and vector illustrator with three children’s books and two coloring books currently available in over 15 countries. La Viola is an ardent mental health advocate. Her passion for mental health has led her to become a prolific speaker on the challenges of dealing with mental health. It is her passion to share humor and self-care through her writing & speaking, and to use her fun, foodie tales to spread joy to all!
