Where are you putting labels on yourself and creating limits in your life?  Where are you putting labels on others and limiting your perception of them?  Words are powerful and when they are used to label someone or something in our lives they can affect our beliefs, our assumptions,  our judgements, and ultimately ...our actions, reactions or interactions.  Labels put things (and people) in a box, they leave out all the possibilities, and there is usually so much more to the story!!
