In a similar vein, according to entrepreneur Alex Hermozi, "What we have is a line of normal human existence, and points that occur above the line and below the line." Being SAD isn't bad; it's a point below baseline. It's part of our existence. It's necessary. Without darkness, there can't be light.
We need to start reshaping and reshifting our paradigms around labels.
