Today is Labour Day here in Canada and the United States.  It is a holiday Monday which is meant to be a day of rest from our labours to enjoy one last day before the fall schedules take over.  Did you know that God made us with a need to rest?  Most of us will agree with that but many don't seem to be able to do it.  Listen today about the rest that God has for us.
