My guest is Sandra Sears. Sandra began in the staffing industry in 1993 after graduating from McGill University. Inspired by some great bosses, she started Staffworks in September 2000 at the corner of Bay and Bloor in Toronto.
With over 20 years in the industry, Sandra has assembled a team of driven, client-focused pros who are serious about providing their clients with top-tier candidates quickly, without cutting corners.
When she’s not working with her team, Sandra is likely hanging out with her three kids and Aussie Doodle Maggie or spending time on the squash or tennis court.
