This week we’re reflecting on Labour and the advice given by Dr Nettle in Part 1.

We also give a whole bunch of non medical advice we wish we had at the end of the ep (hint: prepare for an ‘agricultural’ smell in the delivery room). It’s a pretty loose time and we felt as useless as tits on a bull during our delivery so hopefully this episode gives you a few tips on what to do in there so you can be of use (without passing out…..)
