During our sermon this week - which was recorded live before a studio audience quietly :) - we hear a story of Jesus wanting to feed people and the disciples feeling stuck. They want to help, they feel the need, and they can see that they don't have what they need. A couple loaves of bread won't stretch across so many tables. We are encountered by significant need in our families and community almost daily and as much as we want to respond, we can only see what we lack. Yet Jesus turns to us and says, "You feed them." Then he turns to the crowds and starts breaking bread. The third in our sermon series Flip the Script given July 7, 2019 on Luke 9.1-17.
