Taylor calls Austen and cries to him because she is shocked Olivia won’t forgive her for attempting to make plans to get with her ex, mere months (if not days) after breaking up with him; Olivia and Shep are the bigger people and show up to Taylor’s “Ski Après” event to support her, despite Taylor and Austen being conniving little punks; with persuasion from Craig, Shep goes to Whitney’s party, with Madison in tow, to have a chat with Austen and confront him about whether he hooked up with Taylor or not.
