I recorded this last year but I didn’t upload it because I was in a very weird place emotionally and found it hard to choose myself over a situation. So for a while I was in Isolation, I was pretty much operating in solitude and only did a lot of things alone. That is great because I learned a lot but I realized how much having great people in my life can alter my brain chemistry and give me a sense of belonging and also help me to express suppressed emotions and see new perspectives. 
Short episode but deep feels.

The day I decided to choose me and stop putting my time and energy building other things was the day that I got my freedom. Centering relationships and other people will take the focus off of what you really want to achieve in life. Remember the energy of creation is within you and you have the opportunity to live the life that you desire if you choose where to put your energy.
