So for a while I was in Isolation, I was pretty much operating in solitude and only did a lot of things alone. That is great because I learned a lot but I realized how much having great people in my life can alter my brain chemistry and give me a sense of belonging and also help me to express suppressed emotions and see new perspectives. 
Short episode but deep feels.

The day I decided to choose me and stop putting my time and energy building other things was the day that I got my freedom. Centering relationships and other people will take the focus off of what you really want to achieve in life.
