This week We're All Screwed and Homicide Highway are meshing together to hear Lacy's story. I feel it's important for me to tell my story in the hopes that it makes someone out there facing a domestic violence situation will get the courage to save themselves. A large reason of why I started podcasting was to help victims who felt that they had nowhere else to turn. The system fails all of us daily, and we have to do better. If my story inspires you in any way I encourage you to pass it along and show that we are enough and that there is hope no matter how gruesome it looks.
