We all face fears, challenges, and obstacles in life--that seem like ladders we must climb!  I have faced fears of heights and ladders.  In this episode I discuss learning experiences I have had that help me keep climbing life's ladders, and, invite you to identify challenges you have and steps you can take to grow and conquer the ladders you have in life.
