Last week I spoke about this topic. Some co-workers seem to forget we are at work. And your personal problems belong at home with you. I don't mind listen to one or two things but every other day can become a bit much. I tried to say it the nicest way possible but, some people don't get it. Now if you were paying me that would be different. Listen as I give my 2cents of advice concerning this topic.
