Welcome to a wide-ranging conversation with a very special lady, Simone De Haas. Simone’s work is all about illuminating your brilliance, in person and online. She’s a visionary leadership speaker, a mentor and a coach, and she’s also my friend. Since I first met Simone, we bonded on a very deep level, and I resonated with her message powerfully.

She’s doing amazing work in the world, and this conversation is all about the need for women – especially women 45+ - to reclaim our space in the world, and reject the programming that has been going on for centuries. 

But we aren’t just speaking about that. We talk through Simone’s early career in the creative arts and on stage, the impact it’s had on how she delivers her work in musical theatre and in the business world, what it means to be an empath, and how we can all walk more gently on the earth.
