This week I am in conversation with Psychotherapist Caitriona O’Neill Boyd, last we asked our listeners if they had any questions or topics they would like further discussed. We received several questions and we bulked into themes.
We chat about the effect the pandemic has had on us as a nation, with focus on looking after ‘me’ as we find ourselves with too many distractions or some of us with not enough.
We openly discuss expectations and the weight they carry and how in some situations we may need to forgive. As humans we need to be responsible for our actions and to be more accountable for owning stuff.
