  • "Change your Consciousness and your life will change" interview with Dr. Bruce Lipton author of the Biology of Belief

“The moment you change your perception is the moment you rewrite the chemistry of your body.”

    – Bruce H. Lipton, Ph.D.Bruce H. Lipton, PhD is an internationally recognized leader in bridging science and spirit. Stem cell biologist, bestselling author of The Biology of Belief and recipient of the 2009 Goi Peace Award

Dr. Lipton’s novel scientific approach transformed his personal life as well. His deepened understanding of cell biology highlighted the mechanisms by which the mind controls bodily functions and implied the existence of an immortal spirit. He applied this science to his personal biology and improved not only his physical well-being, but also the quality and character of his daily life.

Dr. Lipton has taken his award-winning medical school lectures to the public. As a highly sought-after keynote speaker and workshop presenter, he lectures to conventional and complementary medical professionals as well as to lay audiences about leading-edge science and how it dovetails with mind-body medicine and spiritual principles. He has been heartened by anecdotal reports from hundreds of former audience members who have improved their spiritual, physical and mental well being by applying the principles he discusses in his lectures. He is regarded as one of the leading voices of the new biology. BOOKS

  • Talking about the Thyroid with Magic Barclay

When our Thyroid gland is causing symptoms it can feel very similar to Menopause symptoms. I have a conversation with Magic Barclay about the Thyroid. Magic is the lead practitioner at Wholistic Natural Health Australia and host of the podcast “A Magical Life; health, wealth and weight loss”.

Magic’s life changed when she faced multiple life threatening conditions and at the same time, found herself divorced and raising her two children alone. She then decided to find the root cause of her health issues and that set her on a path of life changing learning that affected her whole family.

Since then, Magic has launched her successful podcast, helped over 1500 people treat their root cause of illness and create a level of health they thought unreachable and she has been featured in over 100 other worldwide podcasts to share how amazing the human body is when we listen to it.

Magic is a Master Practitioner in immune health, mould toxicity recovery and PNEI of trauma.

Personally-, she is a mum of two amazing humans and two gorgeous fur babies, grower of organic food for my family and a passionate native gardener.

Magic’s mission is to help people heal naturally, reconnecting to the environment and really reaching their own potential.

Magic helps (mainly) women aged 45-65 who feel unheard or misled by mainstream medicine or anyone who wants to bring their health back to basics.

By treating root cause and the systems of the body (not chasing symptoms, reconnecting to the environment and overcoming their past trauma and that of previous generations through healing the PNEI (psycho neuro endo immune) pathways of the body.

    https://oscailt.com/calendar/mindful-self-compassion-msc-course-sept-2024/

Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) Course – an 8-week program facilitated by Mary O’Callaghan. It starts on Monday the 23rd of September and runs until the 11th of November. Classes will be held on Monday evenings from 7.15 pm – 9.45 pm. There will be a half day of practice on Sunday the 3rd of November from 10.00 am – 2.00 pm. The fee is €350.

While many of us would be quick to complain about being treated harshly by a loved one, friend or colleague, the reality is that we tend to treat ourselves in ways we would never treat anyone else. When things go wrong for us, how quickly we use expressions of self-blame such as what’s the matter with me? or what have I done now? or there I go again!. This habit of negative and critical self-talk is undermining, unproductive and stressful.

Mindful self-compassion helps us, first to recognise these habits as they arise (mindfulness) and then to let go of our harshness towards ourselves and, instead, to develop understanding, tenderness and kindness (self-compassion).

This eight-week programme is for anyone who has some previous experience of mindfulness and who wants to cultivate compassion for themselves and for others.

  • The spiritual and the political are mutually necessary in this world, interview with Marianne Williamson

In this episode I had the privilege of interviewing the legend Marianne Williamson.

For more than four decades, Marianne Williamson has been a leader of spiritually progressive circles. She is the author of 16 books, four of which have been #1 New York Times best sellers. A quote from the mega-bestseller A Return to Love, “Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure…” is considered an anthem for a contemporary generation of seekers.

Williamson founded Project Angel Food, a non-profit organization that has delivered more than 18 million meals to ill and dying homebound patients in the Los Angeles area since 1989. The group was created to help people suffering from the ravages of HIV/AIDS. She has also worked throughout her career on poverty, anti-hunger and racial reconciliation issues. In 2004, she co-founded The Peace Alliance and supported the creation of a U.S. Department of Peace. Williamson ran for the democratic nomination for the Presidency of the United States in both 2020 and 2024.

Williamson’s latest book, THE MYSTIC JESUS: The Mind of Love is available from Harper Collins here or your favorite bookseller now.
