In today's episode, we’re going to meet one of our regional directors, Mariana Ozaki. She's a Senior Product & Service Designer based in Milan and has worked with digital products and services for the past 10 years. In this past decade, Mariana has created new solutions based on strategy, creative problem solving and collaborative design methods, creating and shaping new services, experiences and systems and helping businesses to thrive.

Besides, for the past two and a half years, she has been responsible for the activities of the Milan Chapter and since 2020 she has directed the activities of Europe, Middle East and Africa.
