In today's episode we’re going to meet one of our regional directors, Vania Teofilo. Vania is a UX strategist, Service designer and UX researcher and for the last 25 years, she has been working with methodologies, processes and tools based on creativity and interdisciplinarity. She has a degree in Design and a Masters in Digital Artefacts Design, both from the Federal University of Pernambuco. At this moment she works as a UX Researcher for a major Brazilian Bank.

Moreover, for the past year she has been responsible for directing the activities of Latin America. And before that, she was leading the Mentorship program for Latin America. Welcome, Vania!
