In today's episode, we’re going to meet Diparati Sen. Diparati is an experienced software developer turned product designer with a love for UX and human psychology. She's currently working as the only in-house product designer at Adsum, a fintech company helping UK businesses get quicker access to their tax refunds.

Moreover, she has always loved solving logical problems and hence naturally gravitated towards programming and later on, software engineering. However, after being in the industry for a while, she realized that she loves the visual aspect and the design aspect more than the development side of it. So she decided making a career change - from a software developer to a UX designer!
