In today's episode we’re going to meet Christelle Ngnoumen. Christelle is an applied behavioural scientist and designer who builds digital experiences and services that help people make better decisions, and improve their wealth and health outcomes. She is currently AVP of Behavioral Science Research at Voya Financial where she leads efforts focused on helping people boost their savings and benefits utilisation.

Prior to Voya she led behavioral science at Headspace Health, a provider of wellbeing and mental health solutions. Christelle is a mindfulness enthusiast, has published extensively on the topic, and is editor of the Wiley Blackwell Handbook of Mindfulness. She earned her Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology from Harvard University. Christelle’s personal mission is to empower people to achieve their goals.**
