As if being a Black Woman is not enough, we have to deal with the ongoing "LACK" in the workplace, in business, in health care and so on.  The research supports it too. Check out the article we'll be discussing today, "What Livability Looks Like For Black Women," written by Brentin Mock.  Now keep in mind that we actually talked about this for about 2 hours so, to spare you the sorrow and disgust we felt, we decided to give you the gist of it.  We also decided that we will do a part 2 to discuss actions we can take to close the gaps.  Stay tuned...
