Reverend shared with us on sharing the burden. Sharing the burden means putting your hands in the work to minimize the difficulties that comes by doing the work.

•Sharing the burden also means finding something to do among the many work in the church.

•Sharing the burden also means being concern when things are not going well.

•Sharing the burden can also be interpreted as taking on some work responsibilities to help out. •Afflictions may come but with your helping hand the leader feels comforted.
