Lainee and I discuss her challenge to her students and local church. What amount of time can you give God to serve him and others? Can you give 1 hour? 1 day? 1 week? 1 month? Maybe even 1 year? She offers that same challenge to us: What is your “1”? Then we dive deep into the topic of Depression and Suicide. This is an important and relevant topic not just on college campuses but in culture as a whole. We discuss possible causes for depression and the importance of counseling. We also talk about how we should respond to a friend who is suffering through these thoughts. Lainee closes out our time sharing stories with us about her biggest life influences.
