Laird shared his experience as a parent and how it has affected his relationships. We discussed the challenges of parenting and the constant trial and error that comes with it. In the first years for Laird, it is all about the importance of "keeping children alive and safe, especially as they become more mobile". (But hey that's the Physical Therapist in him speaking) We also talked about our own relationship and how it has changed since becoming parents. We reflected on the need to adapt and switch gears from being parents to being a couple together again! Taking time away from the kids to reconnect and spend quality time together is sometimes needed! I hope you like this personal episode.
