David E. Kelley sinks his teeth in this horror/comedy starring the late Betty White, Bill Pullman, Oliver Platt, Bridget Fonda and Brendan Gleeson. A small Maine town, a mysterious creature lurking in the deep waters of Black Lake aka Lake Placid calls in a New York paleontologist, a oddball sheiff, eccentric Crocodile hunter in ancient mythos and a wildlife ranger to investigate the bizarre accident of a diver. What they find out is a crocodile from S.East Asia living at the lake (retirement), changing the keystone environment and a elderly, salty mouth lady protective of the mammoth beast. This is dedicated to Betty White, gives us laughs and fierce protection of animals in the perfect role of Mrs. Delores Bickerman.
