On this weeks episode, I dive into the recent firing of Las Angeles Lakers Head Coach Darvin Ham and the possible firings of other NBA coaches in the future, as well as my way-too-early NFL Division Winner Predictions.

With the Quarterfinals of the NBA Playoffs off to a hot start, teams who were eliminated wasted no time starting to build for the next NBA season. Lakers Head Coach Darvin Ham was recently fired from the team, despite going to the Western Conference Finals in 2023, and ultimately losing to Denver in 2024 in the first round, the Lakers felt the need to make a coaching change and will now be searching for their 8th head coach since 2010. The reality is that LeBron has had his thumb on the Lakers organization since he go there and has always had the biggest "say" in player personnel and roster decisions. The NBA as a whole is run by the Star Players and that is a big issue. Coaches are always the ones to take the fall if seasons go sideways. We see the same situation maybe happening in Phoenix with the Suns possible on there verge firing Frank Vogel (Another Great Coach). This is an issue that will most likely not be solved in the near future unfortunately.

With NFL Free Agency in the books and the conclusion of the 2024 NFL Draft, all 32 teams are pretty much set and ready for the next NFL season to get underway in the next few months. I predict all the division winners we will see based off current roster outlook and standings. All 32 teams have one goal, and that is to win a Lombardi Trophy and call themselves Super Bowl Champions. Who will take the division crowns this year? Which teams will live up to expectations and which teams will underachieve? And what teams will shock the NFL and take the league by storm? Only time will tell over the next few months.
