We learn that in Sri Vrindavan dham, in the confidential circle of Sri Radha Govind’s eternal lila Lalita Sakhi is the most confidential and prominent of the maidservants of Srimati Radharani. In fact, Sri Radha considers Lalita, Her siksha guru. In her totally selfless loving service to Srimati Radharani, Lalita sakhi is sometimes even seen to chastise Krsna in love. Sri Rupa Goswami explains the nature of the pure unadulterated spiritual love of the gopis of Vrindavan whose leader is Lalita gopi that if she would just see even a drop of perspiration on the lotus feet of Radha or Krishna, her eagerness would be of such a nature that it would be as if she accepted ten million bodies to jumped up and remove that small droplet. Her life, her soul, her everything eternally is only the loving pleasure of Radha and Krishna. And therefore, in order to enter into the lila of Sri Radha and Krishna on that level it is only possible by the grace of Lalita Sakhi.
