I was joined by author and former IRA prisoner Richard O'Rawe. We talked about his life and growing up during the troubles. Richard played a vital role in the 1981 Hungerstrikes in Long Lesh, where he was the public relations officer during this period. In 2005 he wrote his first book called Blanketmen which was the untold story of the H-Block hungerstrikes and has gone on to write several more books with his latest being Stakeknife's Dirty War about Freddie Scappaticci.

Glenn Ross - I was joined by legendary Strongman Glenn Ross. Competed at 5 World strongest Men Finals, won the UK & Britains strongest man 10 times, European STrongest Man in 2004 and finished 3rd in the Arnolds invitational. Over a dozen world records at Static lifting showing that Glenn was indeed the Strongest Man in the world. Glenn talked openly about his life and what it takes to be "The Daddy"

Glenn Ross is a legendary strongman who grew up in County Down and i was lucky enough to sit with hime and talk about his life. how he got into bodybuilding, the bug that got him to be a strongman and how he became the world recorder holder at static lifting and was widley recogised as the real strongest man in the world and certianly the strongest man never to win the title. Glenn opens up about much more than being a strongman and i would like to thank him so much for letting me be part of telling his story.

On this weeks episode I am joined by a local footballing legend and one of my footballing heroes Glenn Ferguson. Glenn or "Spike" as he was affectionatly known as by the fans played over 1000 games in senior football and scored 563 goals. Glenn has scored important goals for Ards, Glenavon and Distillery but is best known for his time at Linfield. Part of Linfields clean sweep team in 2006 and now head of youth at Linfield, this is Glenns story from starting out at youth football from the Ballybeen estate to getting capped for Northern Ireland.
